Ethien conducted a detailed review of current working practices, then designed a Digital Transformation programme which dramatically improved the way the Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, IT and HR functions operated. Ethien led the design and build of 15 new Digital solutions (including specialist ESG products) which were used to manage 150 real estate and infrastructure assets worth $10B based in Europe and the US.
A critical support functions of a Global publishing house were perceived as slow and unresponsive, they needed to become more efficient, make cost savings and improve their internal profile with key business stakeholders.
Ethien helped to refresh the vision and operating model, we then coached an new change and engagement team to use Design Thinking and Agile tools to build "Self Service" portals that automated routine work. This reduced costs by 25%, time to contract by 60% and improved satisfaction levels by 55%.
This corporate practice group managed M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Financial Services, Regulatory and Private Equity transactions and needed to radically improve their project management and overall profitability.
Ethien conducted process and client experience reviews of previous M&A transactions and built an new "end to end" product which digitised the 20+ manual steps of a typical transaction, this helped to improve productivity by 40% and was "Highly Commended" in the FT innovation awards programme.
